What is it?

It is like being on the tennis court or at the driving range with your coach.  Learning the rules and strategies of the game, practicing the skills needed to play and receiving the encouragement to succeed and win.  Instead of being on the court or at the range, you are in the comfort of your own kitchen or at the local community kitchen learning the guidelines and requirements of a special diet.  Your coach will help you develop all the skills needed plan, shop, cook and feed your family a tasty, affordable, healthy, meal.

Is it right for you?

If you are feeling overwhelmed, disorganized and stressed about implementing a special needs diet into your family's lifestyle, coaching maybe right for you.  Your coach will work with you and your current situation.  So, your coach will start with the knowledge and skills you already have to fine tune them and build from there.  Working with you side-by-side, every step of the way until you feel comfortable and confident to tackle it by yourself.

How does it work?

You will complete an initial consult form and return it to your coach.  This form is full of questions so your coach understands what your needs are and what you are wanting assistance with.  After your coach has reviewed the form, the free initial consult will be scheduled.  During the 30 minutes, you and your coach will discuss your goals and create an action plan to develop new skills and reduce your stress.  Together, you and your coach will determine how many sessions and what type of activity will take place during each one.  If you are used to meal planning, shopping and cooking, you maybe up and running with your new special needs diet in 2 to 4 sessions.  If you are not comfortable in the kitchen, you may need 4 to 8 sessions.  The coaching process is very individualized and designed you meet your needs so it is really hard to give a clear cut answer on the number of sessions needed.

Home Consult - 60 minutes - Your Kitchen - $75.00

Home Consult - 90 minutes - Your Kitchen - $90.00

Office Consult - 60 minutes - By Phone or Office - $65.00
